This application is designed as a comprehensive utility platform to assist Primary, Upper Primary, High School, and Para Teachers in West Bengal, India. To provide advanced features like the Custom Question Paper Generator, Auto-Fill Application Letters, and School Letter Generator, the application utilizes information securely stored in your "My Profile" section. This data is automatically fetched locally or from our secure backend servers to dynamically populate and generate downloadable PDF documents on your device. This automated process is strictly performed to deliver the requested utility service to the user, and these generated documents are stored on your local device repository.
By using the Mutual Transfer portal, you explicitly consent to share specific professional details (e.g., Subject, Current School, District, and Contact Email) with other registered teachers on the platform. This is to facilitate communication between potential transfer partners. You can hide, modify, or delete your listing at any time.
Premium features are available via Google Play Billing. We do NOT store or process your credit card, bank details, or UPI information on our servers. All financial transactions are managed and secured entirely by Google Play's official, industry-standard payment system.
This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID) to show personalized ads based on your professional interests or usage patterns. You can manage, reset, or opt-out of these settings in your device's Google account settings.
In the event of an app crash or error, we collect anonymized "Log Data" through trusted third-party services like Firebase Crashlytics. This includes your device model, OS version, and the time of the error, helping us maintain a stable experience and quickly deploy fixes for all teachers.
We implement industry-standard security protocols and backend server rules (including Firestore Security Rules) to ensure that only authenticated users can access or modify their private data or trigger automated profile-based PDF generations. Profile data is retained securely as long as your account is active. You may request account closure, data deletion, or wipe your local data via the app's settings menu.
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies regarding user data control, we provide a clear path for data erasure. You can remove your Mutual Transfer post or delete your entire account directly through the app's profile configurations, or by contacting our official support team via email.
