This application is designed as a utility tool explicitly for Primary, Upper Primary, High School, and Para Teachers within the government-aided school system in West Bengal, India.

The app provides features to generate custom PDFs, such as Custom Question Papers, Auto-Fill Application Letters, and School Letter Generator using the data provided in your profile. The layout, structure, and templates of these documents are the intellectual property of SpectraRidge Digital Solutions. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use and print these documents for legitimate professional use. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or repackaging of these generated templates is strictly prohibited.

4. Mutual Transfer Portal

When opting to use the Mutual Transfer feature:

• You are solely responsible for the authenticity, correctness, and validity of the information (Subject, School, District, Contact details) you list publicly.
• SpectraRidge Digital Solutions acts purely as an interactive bridging platform to connect teachers and is completely detached from the actual mutual transfer process, administrative verifications, or individual negotiations.
• Users must maintain strict professional conduct. We reserve the absolute right to remove any transfer listing or suspend accounts if found to be fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to advanced premium features or membership plans requires a paid subscription via Google Play Billing.

• Subscriptions and automated cycles are securely processed and managed by Google. You can cancel or modify your active plan anytime directly through your Google Play Store account settings.
• Refund Policy: All payment cycles, financial transactions, or promo code redemptions are handled entirely by Google Play's official network. Refund requests must be initiated through Google Play's standard refund procedures. SpectraRidge Digital Solutions does not directly handle, receive, or process refund transactions.

6. Intellectual Property & Limitations

All source codes, application components, specific algorithms, user interface (UI) designs, graphic layouts, and original educational resource materials contained within the app belong exclusively to SpectraRidge Digital Solutions. Reverse-engineering, extraction of source code, duplication of modules, or developing derivative variants of this application is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright laws.

In no event shall SpectraRidge Digital Solutions, its proprietor, or representatives be held liable for any financial losses, professional discrepancies, service-book errors, or accidental damages arising directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, or inability to use the tools and features contained within this mobile application.
